口腔2号口服液治疗口腔扁平苔藓的临床研究

A Clinical Treatment Study of Oral Lichen Planus with NO.2 Drinking

目的 观察我院研制的口腔 2号口服液治疗口腔扁平苔藓的临床效果。方法 将 10 0例口腔扁平苔藓患者随机分成两组。治疗组口服口腔 2号口服液 ,对照组单纯行腋窝淋巴结注射转移因子。用药 3～ 6个月后 ,从临床表现、病理切片变化及血清免疫球蛋白的测定等方面对两组治疗前后及相互之间进行比较。结果 (1)治疗组临床表现及病理切片复查有效率10 0 % ,治愈率 85 % ,对照组有效率仅 6 0 % ,无 1例治愈 ,两组存在显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。 (2 )两组患者lgA、lgM、lgG均较治疗前有显著提高 (P <0 0 1) ,而补体C3无明显改变 (P >0 0 5 )。 (3)治疗 3～ 6个月后 ,两组之间lg、C3比较无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 单纯行腋窝淋巴结注射转移因子虽能增强机体的免疫功能 ,但不能治愈口腔扁平苔藓 ,口服口腔 2号口服液 。

Objective To observe the clinical effects and the differential diagnosis of the treatment of oral lichen planus with No.2 drinking.Methods 100 cases were divided into two groups at random. The treatment group was applied with NO.2 drinking while the control group was only applied with TF. After three to six months, the two groups were compared in clinical symptoms, pathologic changes and Immunogloba Lin (IG).Results (1)In the aspect of clinical symptoms and pathologic changes, the efficiency of the treatment group was up to 100% and the cure rate was 85%. The efficiency of the control group was only 60%, and no one was cured. It showed a significant difference ( P <0 01).(2)After treatment, the two groups had a remarkable elevation content of lgA lgM lgG, but no difference in Complement C 3( P >0 05). (3)Three to sin months later, there were no marked differences between the two groups in lg?C 3( P >0 05).Conclusion Injecting TF could increase immunotherapy, but couldn′t cure the oral lichen planus. The effects of NO.2 Drinking were better than those of the transfer factor.
