摘要
本文探讨了采用短幅外摆线的等距曲线对二齿差针摆行星传动中摆线轮的顶部尖点进行修形的问题,提出了求解修形曲线合理参数的新的数学模型;并论述了采用奇数倍或偶数倍齿数进行修形的可行性,以及本数学模型的通用性.
Discusses the problen of using a equidistant curve of curtate epicycloid to modify the profile top of a cycloid disk in a two-teeth difference cycloid gearing,presents a new mathematical model which is used to ob- tain rational parameters of the modification curve.Discusses the practicability of modification using the curtate epicycloid whose tooth number is odd or even multiples of that of the original cycloid disk,and describes the universality of the mathematical model.
