摘要
在运用坐标网格法研究 CGF 曲轴镦错成形金属流动情况的基础上,提出平面变形假设,建立了上限模型,推导出了 CGF 曲轴镦错成形变形力的计算公式,其计算结果与实测值误差小于14%.
Gives the calculating formula of the forging load of continuous grain flow crankshaft in upsetting and offsetting operation by means of analysing the metal flow and the upper bound solution.The error rate be- tween the theoretical calculation and the experiment result is less than 14%.
