Is over-sea returned talents better than domestic talents?——A study of the academic performance of first-class law school faculty

在中国一流法学院的师资队伍中,'海龟'已经占据了一定的比例,成为法学教育与法学研究的重要力量。至今为止,尚未有定量的实证研究考察比较法学院中'海龟'与'土鳖'的学术表现,本文借助计量分析的方法,对目前执教于中国一流法学院的海外学位获得者与国内学位获得者的学术表现进行了比较并得出相关结论。

In the first-class law schools in China,over-sea returned talents had already taken certain proportions,and made their way of becoming the substantial force of both legal education and legal research.Even though,there is not any empirical study to compare the academic performance of over-sea returned talents and domestic talents quantitively by far.This thesis,with the help of Quantitative Analysis,will compare the academic performance of over-sea returned talents and domestic talents and then give out a result.
