社区矫正工作者的专业化问题研究——以湖北省社区矫正调查为例

The Study of Specialization Problem of Community Correction Workers——Community correction investigation in hubei province as an example

社区矫正工作者是社区矫正工作的重要参与主体,其能否在社区矫正中发挥应有的作用直接影响着社区矫正工作的成效。文章立足于湖北省开展的社区矫正调查,系统地论述了社区矫正工作者的专业性在社区矫正工作中的重要性,并通过对社区矫正工作者在社区矫正工作中存在的专业化问题的分析,对我国社区矫正工作提出了一些对策和建议。

Community Correction worker is the major participation of Community Correction,whether they can play a proper role will directly influence the efficiency of Community Correction.Based on the Community Correction Investigation conducted by Hubei Province,this essay systematically discusses the importance of the specialization of the workers in Community Correction Work,and also puts forward some countermeasure and proposal through analyzing Specialization problems with the workers existing in Community Correction Works.
