摘要
为研究不同居住区空间模式对居住区内外交通运行以及居民出行方式选择的影响,选取南京市封闭和半开放两种空间模式下的居住区进行对比研究。采取现场交通流量观测和居民问卷调查的方法,从居住区内部、出入口和外部交通运行状况及居民出行方式比例等4个方面,对不同空间模式下居住区的交通特性进行比较。研究结果表明,相较于封闭式居住模式,半开放空间模式下的居住区内外交通运行更为顺畅,并能通过引入常规公交线路,提高居民公交出行比例和便捷程度。
In order to research the impact of different residential spatial patterns on the traffic performance and residents' travel mode choice, two communities in Nanjing which have different spatial patterns were selected and investigated in this paper. The traffic performances inside and outside the communities and the residents' travel mode choice were compared according the field data. Compared to the gated community, it was found that the community with the open spatial pattern has a better traffic performance. Besides, the public transit service can be extended into inside the community under this new spatial pattern, which will be convenient to the residents and will greatly raise the residents' transit travel rate.
