The functional orientation of Ningbo Wantou is an urban water front RBD which water as the keynote, the green as backdrop, and form the functional complementation with Sanjiang CBD. Its planning proposes the planning guidelines and strategy: analyses the environment of Wantou district, coordinates the relation between landscape and urban land function, extrudes the function of landscape, constructs the image of relaxation and business district, and builds the vitality water front.
