摘要
经过近几年的探索与实践,杭州的城市中心区更新实践对推进城市发展起到积极而重要的作用。研究在分析杭州城市中心区发展演化情况的基础上,提出中心区发展存在的主要问题,总结杭州现存城市中心区更新的几种模式,并从整体统筹、更新的整体性、三维空间利用及更新中的城市面貌维护等几个方面对未来城市中心的更新和发展提出建议。
Through the exploration and practice in recent years, the renew practice in Hangzhou urban center has played a positive and important role in urban development. The paper analyses the evolution of Hangzhou urban center, and puts forward main problems existing in urban center, summarizes several patterns of upgrading urban center in Hangzhou. Then the paper presents some suggestions from the following aspects, such as planning as a whole matter, integrity of upgrading, utilizing underground space, and preserving urban appearance in upgrading city.
