摘要
城市空间增长边界是控制和管理城市向外无限扩张最有效的手段和方法之一。一些城镇被风景名胜区包围着,而其中心城区又不属于风景名胜区,随着城市人口的增加,城市建设用地势必向风景名胜区周围蔓延。位于风景名胜区包围下的城镇中心城区空间增长边界划定是一个非常棘手的问题。基于风景名胜区特征和城镇的特点,研究以花山风景名胜区包围下的城镇为例,对风景名胜区包围下的城市空间增长边界划定方法进行探讨。
Urban Growth Boundary is a kind of method about the control and management of the unlimited expansion of city. Some towns surrounded by scenic area. With expansion of urban population, urban construction land will be around to spread. How to define Urban Growth Boundary of these towns is a very difficult problem. Based on the scenic area characteristics and the characteristics of the town, and taking Huashan national scenic as a case, this paper researched how to define Urban Growth Boundary of these towns on the methodology.
