Since the beginning of reform and opening up, China’s urbanization process has been increasing. In order to keep rational growth of the city and social harmony, the plan must explore a planning idea conforming to modern city and practice to make it become the guiding principle of the city.Hunnan new city master plan uses the modern new city theory, start with the land requisition and demolishing, improving the urban infrastructure and environment, constructing smart city; constructs a high efficient traffic system, a eco-ifrst environmental protection system, a steady infrastructure system and a smart management system.
