摘要
近年来,随着我国快速城市化的步伐,城市硬件系统快速升级,政府相关引导政策的介入极大激发了市民参与城市建设的热情。城市土地开发强度进一步加大,城市的建设也正在失去个性,在注重量的粗犷式发展模式下,城市比任何时候更需要塑造自己的形象。研究以南宁国际会展中心扩建项目为例,在新的发展形势下,认为规划应跳出常规,建立市场与物质空间的逻辑联系,同时要以新的思维来处理"利"与"美"的关系。
In recent years, China’s urbanization advancing fast, urban hardware system upgrading in a high speed, and the government’s policies has motivated people’ enthusiasm to urban building. But with the development, city is losing its feature. Under the extensive develop pattern, city needs to rebuild its image. The paper takes Nanning’s convention and exhibition business district as an example, combines the new situation, suggests that the plan should broke the tradition, constructs the relation between market and space, deal with the benefit and beauty by a new thought.
