Small Town Plan Strategy In The Ecology First View: Nanning Nama Town Example

近年来,我国人口数量不断增多,自然环境承受能力下降,城镇生态环境面临巨大压力。因此,小城镇的规划与建设应从生态视角出发,坚持可持续发展策略,为城镇发展制定长远计划,提高城镇综合管理水平,从而打造生态小城镇。研究以南宁市那马镇为例,立足区域统筹和生态协调发展,在现状综合分析研究的基础上,注重那马镇的发展定位研究,从用地功能、交通组织、生态建设和设施配套等方面进行深化完善,致力于打造一个产业职能突出、风貌特色鲜明、富有城乡统筹成效的城郊休闲胜地和生态宜居新城。

In recent years, China's population is increasing fast, the endurance of environment is declining, urban and rural environment are faced with the big pressure. Thus, the plan of small town should start with the ecology, insure the sustainable development, make a future plan, enhance the management level, and construct an ecological town. The paper takes Nanning Nama town as an example, steps on the regional interaction and harmonious development, combines Nama' development orientation, researches the land function, traffi c, ecology and facility, hopes to build a famous scenic spot and livable town with the perfect function, full of features, and stand for the result of urban and rural overall development.
