随着三峡水利枢纽工程的竣工,未来工程管理区在保留一小部分管理和服务配套功能的基础上,还将更多地承担旅游接待、文化展示、休闲娱乐和会议培训等功能,而原有建筑功能及系统已经不能满足坝区发展的需要。应充分利用现有的自然及人文资源,通过各类规划手段,如城市设计与风貌更新、旅游体系规划和景观系统规划等,提升坝区的职能,使整个坝区在功能上实现有机复合,在后建坝时期更好地适应周边区域的发展需要。

With the completed of Three Gorge Dam, except some management and service function, the management district wil offer more funtion such as tourism, cultural show, entertainment and meeting, but the original building and system can’t suit the development. So, the paper proposes that the plan should take ful advantage of natural or human resources, with dif erent plan method such as urban design and landscape renewal, tourism planning and landscape planning, to promote the function of dam district, come ture the recombination of functions, suit the development in the dam construction period.
