现阶段我国城市老年人养老居住设施研究

随着我国人口老龄化程度的加深,解决人口老龄化问题已经迫在眉睫。我国现阶段的养老居住设施开发模式基本借鉴国外模式,而真正符合我国老年人需求的开发模式并不多,本土化特点不明显,那么开发何种模式的养老居住设施成为我国面临的主要课题。研究主要是在充分考虑我国传统养老思维——孝文化的基础上对城市养老模式进行探讨,归纳出真正符合我国老年人现实需求的养老模式,以对老年产业的开发和发展提供一定的参考。

With the aging deepening China's aging problem is more serious. At this stage, China's old-age care accommodations development is base abroad pattern, few suiting China's old people's needy, also lacking of the local feature. Development pattern choosing become the main topic on old-age care accommodations. The paper analyzes the traditional culture 'fealty', summarizes a pattern which suit China's old people's needy, hope offer some refrence to the industry of agedness.
