The Characteristic Residence Planning Under New Urbanization: A Binzhou's Keda Case

新型城镇化的不断推进给我国住宅市场带来了巨大冲击,住宅产品需要向多元化和品质化调整与转变,形成新形势下的特色住宅系统。研究通过对新型城镇化背景下我国特色居住形式的转型之势进行研究与分析,并结合滨州科达居住区实践项目,在规划理念、规划结构和住宅建筑设计等方面进行了实质性探讨,阐述新型城镇化发展对居住区建设的影响。

The new urbanization had brought a big impact to China's housing market, the housing product needs to transform and constructs a characteristic system. By analyzing the transform under urbanization, and combine Binzhou's Keda case, the paper research the planning theory, planning structure and building design, explains the influence from new urbanization.
