由广场舞纠纷引发的居住区配套设施体系思考

Facility System Research Under The Dispute From Square Dance

近年来,随着广场舞的流行,在小区广场上产生了各种各样的纠纷。研究透过广场舞扰民事件尝试剖析小区居民的公共活动和居住需求间产生矛盾的原因,分析现行《城市居住区规划设计规范》(GB 50180—93)中配套服务设施体系存在的问题,提出在规划时要提高人均敞地指标及建立顺应人口结构变化和面向目标人群的配套服务设施,使小区配套体系由内向型转向外向型,从而减少公共活动对居住空间的干扰。

In recent years, the Square Dance is population, but the noise dispute is increasing, too. The paper explores the cause of dispute between people’s public activity and living demand, analyzes the problems of service facility system in “Urban Residential District Planning and Design”, proposes that the plan should enhance the per index and construct the facility system base on the change of population structure, turns to extravert type from introversive type, reduce the disturb from public activity.
