Policy Study On Advancing Development Of Guangzhou's HOPSCA

广州城市综合体的整体发展至今仍处于起步阶段,巨大的建设需求和缓慢的前进脚步使广州的城市发展一时间陷入了尴尬的境地。研究通过对比国内外优秀城市综合体的建设经验与广州城市综合体的建设,探讨广州城市综合体发展的制约因素,从土地供应、用地管理、交通规划和建筑控制等方面提出借鉴要点及政策建议。

The overal development of Guangzhou’s HOPSCA is stil in the initial stage. However, the huge demand of construction and the slow pace of development lead the urban development of Guangzhou to an embarrassing position. The paper introduces the advanced construction experience, compares with the development situation of Guangzhou’s HOPSCA, makes a study on the development constraints, and propounds policy suggestion to advance the development of Guangzhou’s HOPSCA from land supply, land-use administration, transport planning, building control, etc.
