随着全球化和知识经济时代的到来,我国已迈入经济发展转型期,发展模式由粗放型、外延式向精细型、内涵式发展转变。这一时期,各城市均在谋求新的发展方式,产业从传统生产制造业向信息技术业提升,实现经济增长要素投入驱动转向创新驱动,提高城市核心竞争力。智慧城市作为新一代信息技术应用与展示的载体,已逐渐出现在各城市的战略方针和发展策略当中。随着信息网络化的普遍应用,人们的生产、生活方式发生转变,与之相对应的城市空间形态也发生了转变。基于此,研究以广州天河智慧城核心区控制性详细规划为例,挖掘智慧城市的内涵,从产业、生态、交通和设施四个方面探讨智慧城市在实操性规划中的诠释与应用。

With the coming of globalization and knowledge-driven economy era,China has entered into the transition period, and the development model istransforming from extensive, epitaxial type to smart, content type. During this period, cities are seeking new approaches of development,promoting from traditional manufacturing industry to information technology industry, from economic growth factors-driven to innovation-driven, so as to improve city's core competitiveness. Intelligent City, being a new generation carrier of information technology application and exhibition, has begun to emerge in various cities' strategic policy and development strategy. With the widespread application of information network, it produced a shift in lifestyle, corresponding to the urban spatial form which has also undergone a transformation. Under the background of Guangzhou Tianhe intelligent city's core area district controlling detailed planning, the paper researchs the intelligent city connotation, explores and analyzes intelligent city's interpretation and application from industry, ecology, transportation and facilities in practically operated urban planning
