随着经济结构的战略性调整,以"产"为主导的产业园区开始向产城融合的综合性新城转变,其区域功能结构更为复合,对产业服务的配套要求也更为精细、多元。研究基于问题分析和目标导向,对园区向新城转变的产业服务设施提出了相应的规划思路,并结合广州天河智慧城核心区控制性详细规划进行了初步的探索实践。
