Discussion On Low-carbon Ecological Strategy In New Town Planning: Liaodong Bay New Area Example

在新型城镇化发展指引下,辽东湾新区进行了一系列的城镇规划实践,以低碳生态规划思想为指导,总结了低碳生态城镇规划地域性要点,从生态优先、低碳集约和量化管控3个方面出发,探索了编制和实施低碳生态规划的具体策略。辽东湾新区的低碳生态规划探索,为辽宁沿海新城镇的低碳生态规划提供了技术支持,为其他城市的低碳生态规划研究提供了参考。

Under the guidance of the new urbanization development strategy, Liaodong Bay New Area of Panjin conducted a series of town planning practice. Guided by the low-carbon ecological planning thought, it summarized the regional points of the low-carbon eco-town planning. From the aspects of ecological priority, low-carbon intensive and quantitative control, it explored the specific strategies of design and implementation of low-carbon ecological planning. Low-carbon ecological planning exploration in Liaodong Bay New Area provided technical support for the low-carbon ecological planning in new towns along the Liaoning coast and reference for the study of low-carbon eco-planning in other cities.
