大庆市和谐城市构建策略探讨

The Strategy Research On Constructing Harmonious City In Daqing

构建和谐城市作为建设社会主义和谐社会的重要途径,是化解城市中各种矛盾的有效手段,也是城市发展建设中的热点与难点问题。为了更好地建设和谐城市,处理好人与人、人与自然、人与社会、城与乡的关系,使城市资源得到合理利用、社会群体之间实现良性互动,研究以大庆市和谐城市规划研究为例,从大庆市构建和谐城市的基础研究—建设目标、理念与主体研究、策略研究三方面入手,提出了构建和谐城市的基本框架、研究方法和实施策略,以期为其他城市建设和谐城市提供借鉴。

As an important way to construct socialist harmonious society, constructing a harmonious city is an efective method to solve various contradictions in the city. It’s also a hot and dififcult problem in urban development and construction. For better construction of harmonious city, dealing the relationship among diferent people, between human and nature, human and society, the city and the country, making the city resources get the most reasonable utilization and social group realizing the benign interaction, we take preliminary study on the planning strategy of constructing a harmonious city in Daqing as an example, mainly on the folowing aspects, the basic research, the construction goal, the concept and main body research and the strategy research so as to put forward the basic framework, research methods and implementation strategy to construct a harmonious city in Daqing. We expect the paper to provide enlightenment and reference for other cities’ construction of harmonious city.
