大城市新区居住空间演化与扩展模式——以西安经济技术开发区为例

Residential Space Evolution And Extension Model Research In Big City New District: Xi'an Economic And Development Area Example

作为城市空间拓展的重要组成部分,居住空间的结构合理与否,直接关系着新区的建设质量和人居环境水平。研究以西安经济技术开发区为例,通过对其居住空间扩展的阶段划分及特征分析,结合趋向交通布局、趋向重大公共设施布局及趋向产业园区布局3种区位指向,提出线状扩展及多组团聚集的居住空间扩展模式,以期为其他地区居住空间的布局提供参考。

Living as an important component of urban space development, whether its spatial structure is reasonable, and relation to the construction quality and living environment of the new level. The paper takes Xi ‘an economic and technological development zone as an example, analyzes the stage division and features of residential space, combines the traffic layout, public facility layout and industrial, proposes the extension model which extend by linear and group, and it will offer some reference to other city.
