摘要
大城市"低收入大学毕业生住房难"是我国高校扩招及城市住房供给体制失灵背景下社会与学术界广为讨论的话题。近年来,在广州市中心区的商品房小区中出现了不少以大学毕业生为目标租客的群租单元,解决了较多低收入大学毕业生的居住问题。研究以广州市体育西和车陂片区的毕业生群租单元为例,在对毕业生租客的基本社会经济特征及住房需求特点进行分析的基础上,通过对正规住房(非正规住房)与毕业生需求条件匹配程度的分析,探讨广州市居住小区毕业生非正规群租现象,以期为我国住房体系的完善提供参考。
The housing problem of graduate is the important topic which discussed under the background of the college expansion plan and housing policy. At present years, there are some group-oriented leasing units for the graduate in Guangzhou; they solved lots of the housing problems to the graduate. The paper takes West of Guangzhou Gymnasium and Chepo district as examples, bases on the analysis of graduate's characteristic and housing needy, analyzes the matching degree between normal or un-normal houses and graduate, discusses the situation of group-oriented leasing, offers references to China's housing system building.
