摘要
文章提出温州要融入"一带一路"发展战略,加快国际化和开发性经济发展,突出瓯江城市发展轴,建设"一江两岸"区域中心城市,在主城地区与大瓯江口地区形成"双城双中心"的空间结构。在国际化与区域发展定位分析的基础上,从产业培育和产业平台建设、城市综合交通发展、城乡空间管治等方面提出相应的规划策略,从而推进温州的城市转型、经济转型和社会转型。
The paper proposes the idea that Wenzhou should blend in “one Belt, one Road” system, develop the international and developmental economy, highlight the “Oujiang” urban development axis, construct the “one River, two Banks” regional center city, build the “two cities, two centers” spatial structure between main city and big Ou River region. Base on the analysis of development orientation, the paper proposes the planning strategies about industry, trafifc, urban space, advances Wenzhou’s transformation about city, economy, and society.
