The paper brings the urban catalyst theory into sport industrial park design, the park become the important accelerant during the city developing. And the paper put forward five strategies: inspiring the energy, intensifying the layout, repairing the environment, creating the landmark, and marketing event. Then, the paper takes Guangxi sport industrial city as an example, hope to offer some benefi cial to other plans.
