昙华林历史文化街区的可持续性发展研究

Sustainable Development Research Of Historical Street In Tanhualin

当前,在我国的历史街区保护中存在两种极端现象:一种是过度的商业化,另一种是过分强调保护、排斥发展。基于此,文章结合昙华林历史文化街区改造规划,在分析其发展现状的基础上,从环境、经济、文化和社会四个方面提出了历史街区可持续发展的建议,以期为其他地区历史街区的可持续发展提供借鉴。

At present, there are two extreme situations in China's historical street protection work, fi rst one is excessive commercialize, the other one is overemphasize the protection, and reject the development. Base on this situation, the paper takes Tanhualin as an example, analyzes the development status, and puts forward four strategies about environment, economy, culture, and society, hopes to offer some reference to other streets.
