低碳生态社区的改造思路与重点改造领域——以中国电子科技集团第七研究所社区为例

Reconstruction Ideas And Key Research On Urban Low-carbon Eco-community: A Guangzhou Case

低碳生态社区强调社区的可持续发展,其建设对新型城镇化城市社区的发展具有重要意义。文章基于广州市海珠生态城新旧社区聚集的现状,选择中国电子科技集团第七研究所社区作为社区改造示范点,从雨水收集利用、建筑节能改造、绿色交通改造、垃圾分类与处理、绿化改造、生物多样性提升、智慧社区建设等硬环境改造以及公众参与软环境改善方面入手,打造自然、和谐及舒适的低碳生态社区,以期为国内其他地区破解城市社区改造难题、建设城市低碳生态社区提供借鉴。

As a sustainable community development model, the low-carbon eco-community is very important for the development of new urbanization community. Based on the status of both old and new communities gathering in Haizhue co-city of Guangzhou, we chose the community of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation NO.7 Research Institute as a demonstrational site of community reconstruction, from the aspects of the collection and utilization of rainwater, energy-saving for buildings, green transportation, classifi cation and recycling of garbage, greening and reconstruction, biodiversity promotion, intelligent community and other hard environment reform, as well as the soft environment improving such as the public participation, the low-carbon, natural, harmonious and comfortable eco-community would be built. This study will provide some references for solving the hard problems of domestic urban community reconstruction and the construction of urban low-carbon eco-community.
