基于GIS的县域生态敏感性分析与评价——以安徽省全椒县为例

生态敏感性分析与评价是城市规划布局的重要依据。文章根据全椒县的生态系统特征,选取高程、坡度、水系、防洪、土地利用和地质灾害6个生态敏感性因子构建评价指标体系,利用Gl S技术对全椒县进行生态敏感性分析与评价,在此基础上进行生态功能区划分和生态承载力分析,并分别提出相应的保护措施和发展建议,以期为城市规划和城市发展用地的选择提供科学依据,同时减小城市发展对生态系统的破坏。

Ecological sensitivity analysis and evaluation are the important evidences to urban layout. According to the ecological characteristics of Quanjiao county, the paper elects six elements to construct the evaluation system: elevation, gradient, rever system, flood control, land use, geological disaster. Then, use the GIS technology during the ecological sensitivity analysis and evaluation, and proceed the ecological function zoning and ecological carrying capacity analysis, proposes protection strategies and development suggestion, hopes to offer the scientific basis to urban planning and land choice, decrease the destruction to ecological system.
