Characteristic And Space-time Structural Model Of China's Urban Resident Behavior Need: In The Life Quality Of Resident View

随着各学科对城市居民生活质量的日益关注,从居民生产、生活行为需求入手,从微观视角审视当前的城市空间格局,进而为城市扩展提供有益建议,将成为促成和检验城市规划设计成果的有效手段之一。文章运用地理学的相关研究方法,尝试对我国城市居民的行为需求特征进行描述与认知,围绕居住驻点与就业驻点、商业驻点、休闲驻点的关系,建立与居民行为需求特征相契合的城市空间模型,希望能为城市规划提供参考。

There are more and more subjects are paying more attention to the life quality of resident, they start from production and life need, evaluate the urban spatial layout in a micro-view, put forward suggestion about urban expansion. These have been the effective measures to advance urban planning and design. The paper uses geographical method, explains the characteristic of China's urban resident behavior need, follows the relation among work places, business places, and relaxation places, construct the spatial model which adapting to resident need, offer some reference to urban planning and design.
