The paper analyzes the water environment condition and the causes of malodorous black river in Tiexinqiao street of Nanjing. Based on the concept of ecological restoration and the ideas of 'source control, endogenesis pol ution regulation, water diversion, ecological restoration', the paper uses a long-acting management measure to control the malodorous blace river, promotes the environment quality and urban quality.
