"城市双修"是治理"城市病"、改善人居环境的重要行动,是推动供给侧结构性改革、补足城市短板的客观需要,同时也是城市转变发展方式的重要标志。文章在阐释"城市双修"主要内容的基础上,对重庆市"城市双修"工作的重要抓手—城市风貌总体设计进行了探讨研究,分析了基于"城市双修"理念的主城区城市风貌总体设计的核心内容,即将主城区风貌展示的重点区域提炼为"一核、两轴、两带、多点",针对性地加强风貌管理,以期对相关规划有所借鉴。
