摘要
开放街区的内涵包括空间共享与设施共享两方面,两者同等重要、相互促进。通过公共服务设施规划优化,在空间共享的基础上促进设施共享,提升街区活力与品质,是现阶段渐进式塑造开放街区的有效方式。文章选取广州4个街区作为开放街区与非开放街区的样本,通过大数据技术抓取街区范围内公共服务设施信息,并利用GIS对各街区公共服务设施绩效进行评价,发现开放街区与非开放街区在公共服务设施数量、服务水平与空间模式上存在明显的差异。基于评价结果,进一步提出面向开放街区的公共服务设施规划策略及措施建议。
Open block includes space sharing and facility sharing. Advancing the space sharing and facility sharing, promoting the vitality and quality of street are the useful method to create an open block at this stage. The paper selects four streets of Guangzhou as example, gets the facility information by big data technology, evaluates the facility performance by GIS technology, finds out the different between open block and gated block area. Based on this research result, the paper makes some suggestions to the public service facility planning in open block.
