工业4.0时代即大数据时代,其特征是产业生产及企业运行智能化、网络化、数据化,它对应着第四产业的发展,而科学园区是第四产业发展的空间载体。文章通过对工业4.0背景的解读,并结合国内外科技产业园区的案例研究,归纳其特质要点,并以山东省临沂科学城规划为例,研究科学城园区规划的功能定位与空间需求,达到与时俱进地转变产业园区发展思维,顺应时代进步,实现产业升级之目的。

Industrial 4.0 era also is the big data era, and the intelligent, networked and digitized production and operation are their main characteristics. It corresponds with the development of the fourth industry which the space carriers is the Science Parks. The paper summarizes the cases at home and abroad, takes Linyi Science City of Shandong as an example, researches the function and space requirement, changes the development idea, and realizes the industrial upgrade.
