Multi-dimension Development Of Fragile Ecological Environment Areas Guided By Ecological Civilization: Drouthy-belt Area Of Xianyang City

生态文明建设应融入发展的各方面和全过程,建立系统完善的生态文明制度体系。生态型发展应找到生态保护与城乡发展的平衡点,实现生态与经济、社会的全面协调。文章以咸阳市旱腰带核心地区为例,通过解析该区域特质和梳理内在逻辑,分析其历史成因和内在机制,试图探讨如何在该环境脆弱地区有效落实生态文明理念的发展路径。

Ecological civilization construction need to integrate into the social development, build a perfect system. The ecodevelopment need to find out the balance between urban-rural development and ecological protection, realizes the overall coordination among ecology,economy, and society. Taking the drouthy-belt area of Xianyang as an example, this paper tries to clear the local characteristic and development inner logic, in order to analyze the historical cause and inner mechanism and explore the ecological development path.
