摘要
经过改革开放40年的建设发展,不少小城镇取得了显著的发展成效,城镇整体发展走向良性轨道。但也有相当一部分小城镇资源禀赋一般、发展特色不明显、城镇建设滞后,面临着定位、功能、布局、特色、保护及管理等方面的问题。文章立足于小城镇建设发展的实际情况,针对当下小城镇发展之困,从发展定位、功能承载、规划布局、生态保护、文化传承、特色塑造和长效管理七个方面提出具体应对之策,以期引导小城镇的健康、特色发展。
Although Lots of small towns were developing well in the past 40 years, some towns still faced with the problems on orientation, function, layout, character, protection and management. Based on this situation and problems, the paper puts forward the strategies of development orientation, functional carrier, planning layout, ecological protection, cultural inheritance, characteristic building, and long management.
