广州市增城区中心城区景观风貌规划探讨

城市景观风貌规划作为非法定规划,在城乡规划体系中充当着重要的角色,但近年来我国编制的城市景观风貌规划成果存在内容逻辑与深度各异及其与法定规划的衔接路径不明确等问题。基于此,文章以广州市增城区中心城区景观风貌规划为例,从规划编制构思的角度解读景观风貌规划的编制作用与工作重点,并对各层级实践内容进行归纳总结,以探讨城市景观风貌规划的构思逻辑与实施路径。

Urban landscape planning is the non-statutory planning,but play an important role in urban-rural planning system.In recent years,the problems such as the different content and depth,the week link between landscape planning and other statutory plans were appeared.The paper takes the landscape planning of Zengcheng center,Guangzhou as example,analyzes the planning role and focuses from the viewpoint of planning formulation,and summarizes the practice in different levels,explores the planning logic and implement path.
