广州儿童公园选址布局方法研究

城市发展从外延式扩张到内涵式发展的过程中,市民对各类城市设施的品质化需求日益提高,随之而来的是对城市规划建设和管理精细化要求进一步提高。为确保满足市民对各类城市功能的需求,儿童公园等民生专类的城市基础设施的建设尤为迫切。文章通过回顾广州儿童公园的选址布局规划和建设,探索提出城市级儿童公园的布局模式、用地标准、选址策略、选址方案的技术论证方法、推进实施的协调机制等,探讨如何通过规划手段保障民生设施科学布局和快速实施。

As the urban development model turns to connotation from extension,citizens’demand for the quality of urban facilities is increasing day by day.In order to meet the people’s demand,research of t site location and layout of livelihood facilities such as the children park is necessary.By reviewing the site location,layout,planning and construction of Guangzhou children park,this paper puts forward the layout mode,land use standard,site location strategy,technical demonstration method and coordination mechanism.And it also discusses how to ensure the scientific layout and quality construction of livelihood facilities through planning measures.
