社区共治视角下公共空间更新的现实困境与路径

The Dilemma and Approaches of the Regeneration of Community Public Space from the Perspective of Co-governance

针对当前社区公共空间更新面临的多重困境,文章从权力结构、更新模式和公共精神三方面解析其原因,提出以共治为导向的社区公共空间创新型更新路径:在权力组织层面,根据社区类型及发展阶段,构建扁平化、动态化的权力结构;在更新模式上,建立以包容性、渐进式发展为常态的更新机制;在实施手段上,可尝试将大型改造工程"化整为零"地转化为居民可参与的小型更新项目。

The paper studies multiple dilemmas in current regeneration projects of community public space, and concludes three underlying reasons: power structure, regeneration mode, and public spirit. An innovative path of community public space regeneration oriented by co-governance is proposed: in terms of power organization, a flat and dynamic power structure should be constructed based on community category and development stage;in terms of regeneration mode, a normal regeneration mechanism should be formed by means of inclusive and gradual development;in terms of implementation strategy, large renovation projects should be broken into small regeneration projects for residents to participate.
