摘要
文章从城市设计的逻辑入手,分析生态导向、设计导向及管理导向等不同逻辑导向对城市设计管控要素的影响,研究城市设计的编制层次、要素选择和空间导控体系,并以湖南健康产业园核心区城市设计为例,提出甄别城市设计中的控制性内容和引导性内容,强化对控制性内容的审批和刚性管理,放活引导性内容的编审环节,从而形成导控结合与编审分离的城市设计编制方法。
From urban design logic, the paper analyzes ecological, design, and management orientation impacts on control elements in urban design, and studies the compilation level, element selection, and spatial control system. With Hunan health industrial park urban design as an example, the paper separates control and guidance content in urban design, strengthens inspection and rigid management of control content, deregulates guidance content compilation, and establishes an urban design compilation method that combines guidance and control, separates compilation and inspection.
