浙江省开化县芹阳片区山水城市特色风貌设计策略

Landscape Design of “Mountains and Rivers” City,Qinyang District of Kaihua County,Zhejiang Province

山水城市承载了历史积淀下的自然本底,是城市个性特征的重要体现。在当前新型城镇化背景下,重新认识并合理利用自然山水资源是一个非常重要的课题。文章以浙江省开化县芹阳片区总体城市设计为例,从山水格局、特性及现状问题的分析入手,遵循以'山水无界,地域有融'双重基因为理念的破题思路,并重新定义'公园融入城市,城市生长于公园'的理论框架,提出山水转接、路径维局、形象塑造及生态营城的策略手段,以期对我国新型山水城市特色风貌的构建有所借鉴。

The'mountains and revers'city is the natural carrier and the important expression of urban characteristics.In the new urbanization,the rational use of mountains and water resource is important.The paper takes Qinyang district of Kaihua county as an example,analyzes the pattern,character,and problems of mountains and water,observes the ideas of'limitless scenery,regional harmony',updates the theory pattern about park and city,puts forward the strategies from mountains and water,whole area,urban image,and ecology sides,in order to provides some experience to the construction of new'mountains and revers'cities.
