摘要
'体育小镇'是近年来出现的热词,其建设发展是推进体育供给侧结构性改革、落实新型城镇化战略的重要抓手。文章以上海崇明绿华国际马拉松小镇为例,基于小镇的资源禀赋和现状特征,提出了'热身—取道—择术—攻坚—冲刺'的规划设计思路,总结了小镇规划设计的逻辑、亮点,分享了项目团队的心得、体会,旨在为体育小镇的建设发展提供有益参考。
'Sports town'is a hot word in recent years,and its construction and development is an important grasp to promote the reform of sports supply side and implement of the new urbanization strategy.Taking Chongming International Marathon town as an example,this paper expounds the methods and strategies of planning practice,refines the logic and highlights of the scheme design,and shares the experience of the project team,in order to provide a useful reference for the construction and development of sports towns.
