上海静安区大宁街道社区公共服务设施规划实施策略

随着上海经济的持续快速发展、社会经济体制转型及快速城市化进程,城市居民的贫富差距逐步显现,在空间上则表现为以经济收入为标杆的居住空间分异正在发生,与居民生活休戚相关的社区公共服务设施也随之体现出不同的特征。文章以上海静安区大宁街道为例,具体分析其在居住空间分异过程中的公共服务设施表现出的不同问题,从规划实施的角度有针对性地引导、合理化布局与更新社区公共服务设施,实现城市基本公共服务的均等化、合理化发展。

Due to the fast economic development,transition of social economic system,and the fast urbanization progress,the gap of wealth of urban residents become obvious,showed in the space,the living space variation is appearing,and the community public service facility shows the different characteristics.The paper takes Daning street of Jing’an district of Shanghai as example,analyzes the problems of public service facility in living space variation,guides the layout and renewal of community public service facility from the viewpoint of planning implementation,realizes the fair and reasonable development.
