摘要
本文用五种凝集素分别标记新生鼠尾的正角化走皮和成鼠鳞片的不全角化表皮。发现LCA、SBA、DB人三种凝集素在二者的结合形式上存在差异。这表明,角化不全时,表皮角朊细胞膜结合糖成分发生变化。为探讨角化不全的发生机理提供了线索。
Using 5 different biotinyl lectins, we studied the lectin binding patterns in the ortho-keratotic epidermis of newborn mouse tail and the parakeratotic epidermis of adult mouse tail scale. There were differences in staining patterns with LCA, SBA and DBA. It suggests alterations in the glycoconjugates of parakeratotic epidtrmis. These findings provide clues to study on the mechanism of parakeratosis.
