摘要
民办幼儿园教师的流出或流入现象越来越严重。导致民办幼儿园教师频繁流动的原因在于社会声望低、幼儿园招聘和管理不完善、幼儿教师的压力大与教师观念不正确等。其解决措施一是在社会方面健全社会保障体系,提高幼儿教师工资;二是完善幼儿园人性化管理和培训;三是要帮助幼儿教师不断学习、完善,提升自我的职业幸福感。
The phenomenon of teachers' out-flow/ in-flowin private kindergarten is becoming more and more serious. This paper analyzes the causes of frequent flowof private kindergarten teachers, such as the lowsocial prestige, incomplete kindergarten recruitment and management, pressure of preschool teachers and incorrect teachers' concept, etc.. At last, it puts forward corresponding solving measures for these problems:First, improving the preschool teachers' salaries in the social aspects and perfecting social security system.Second, perfecting kindergarten humanized management and training; Third, making preschool teachers learn constantly and improving their sense of professional happiness.
