摘要
当前我国部分山区农村小学教师培养呈现出政策化、综合化、专业化等新趋势,目的是培养"下得去、留得住、教得好"的山区农村小学全科、多科教师,以治理山区农村小学教师队伍数量不足、结构失衡等突出问题,让山区农村孩子上好小学,发展好山区农村义务教育。
Nowthe primary school teachers training for mountain areas tends to be policy-oriented,comprehensive,and professionalized,with the purpose of cultivating qualified-for-all-subjects teachers or qualified-for-multi-subjects teachers who can 'go,stay and teach well'in mountain area schools,so that the problems of structural imbalance and lack of teachers can be solved,the children there will receive good education,and consequently,the education there can develop well.
