摘要
美国是世界上最早实行教师入职教育的国家之一,其作为教师职前培养和在职培训的纽带,有利于教师教育一体化的实现。本文通过对美国中小学教师入职教育的内容、基本模式、实施形式以及评估等方面进行阐释,探究其对教师专业发展的关键性作用,进而为我国中小学教师专业发展提供借鉴。
The United States is one of the first countries to implement teacher ’ s inductive education in the world, which, as the link between pre-service training and in-service training, contributes to realization of the integration of teacher education. The article interprets the content, the implementation form and evaluation of the career education, and explore the key role of teacher’ s professional development. Hence, it provides the model for teacher’ s professional development in China.
