为了实现创办世界一流教育体系的目标,英国政府不断加强对教师培养模式的改革。英国20世纪80年代开始重视实践取向的教师培养模式的实施。伙伴合作教师培养模式、教学优先方案和直培学校等教师教育培养模式均取得了显著成效。借鉴英国教师教育改革的经验,我们应该重视大学、政府和中小学之间的伙伴合作、突出中小学校在教师教育中的主体地位和确立临床实践型职前教师教育实习制度。

To achieve the goal of founding a world-class education system, the British government is continuously strengthening the reform of teacher training mode. Since the 1980 ’ s, British practice-point teacher training model: partners teacher training mode, teaching priority scheme and straight from school teacher education training mode, has obtained the remarkable result. Based on the experience of the British teacher education reform, we should attach the importance to partnership among universities, government and primary and secondary schools, highlight the dominant position of teachers ' education in primary and secondary schools, establish the system of clinical practice in pre-service teacher education practice.
