摘要
创新与灵感,在艺术领域里是必不可少的,而体现在美术教学尤其是美术教师的身上就显得尤为重要。教师的思想和行为潜移默化的影响着学生,教师作为教育的主体之一,作为培养创新精神和创新人才的主导者,应该运用自己的高灵商思维和行动让学生自己主动的有意识地去提升自身的创造力,有目的性地探索事物间的联系与意义,学会多角度地思考问题并解决问题,这样才达到作为教育者的初衷。所以探讨提高美术教师的"灵商"并将其"灵商"理论运用于美术教学是非常有价值和有意义的。本文将初步探讨美术教师的"灵商"塑造以及美术教师运用"灵商"这一概念在具体的教学上去培养有创新性、有个性的美术人才的对策与方法。
Innovation and inspiration,in the field of art is indispensable,and embodied in the art teaching,especially fine arts teachers,is particularly important. The teachers' thought and behavior have subtle influence on students,so teachers,as one of the main bodies of education,as a leader of the cultivating innovative spirit and innovative talents,should use their high spirit,thinking and action,help the students themselves,consciously to raise their creativity,have a purpose to explore the relationship between things with meaning,learn to multi-angled think and solve problems,to achieve the original intention of educators. So the exploration of Spiritual Intelligence Quotient and its practice in fine art teaching are valuable and meaningful. This paper makes a tentative analysis of countermeasures and methods of the cultivation of Spiritual Intelligence Quotient of fine arts teachers and its teaching practice to cultivate innovative personality of art talents.
