劳模文化是学校文化的核心与精髓,"爱岗敬业、争创一流,艰苦奋斗、勇于创新,淡泊名利、甘于奉献"的劳模精神,是社会主义核心价值观的生动诠释,是时代宝贵的精神财富和强大的精神力量。本文以海淀教育系统贯彻群团工作精神为主线,把握劳模工作时代脉搏,适时大力推进劳模工作的顺利开展,不断探索劳模工作的新思路、新方法和新内容,推动教育系统劳模工作的创新发展。

Model worker, is a brand, an oriented direction, and a banner. They're recorders and leading runners of an era. The culture of model workers is the key point and essence of school education.The spirit of model workers is "the passion on jobs and dedication to work; endeavors to the Race to the Top; keeping hardworking and pursuing innovation; being indifference to fame and wealth and devoted to works",which is not only the vivid demonstration of socialist core values,but also the valuable spiritual fortune and powerful spiritual strength of the time. This paper takes the implementation of works for the mass in Haidian educational system as main line, to hold the pulse of the time of model workers to make sustained efforts in exploring new thoughts, new methods and new implications of model workers, and to promote innovative development of model workers in educational system.
