Survey of Occupational Mental Health Status in Trade Union Social Workers of Beijing

工会社会工作者是服务型工会建设的基础力量,其职业心理健康状况如何直接影响着工会工作的落实和工会品牌的打造。本文根据对北京市专职工会社会工作者进行职业心理健康的普测,结合深入访谈,通过对他们的心理健康现状、职业压力源、压力反应、基本诉求等的调查研究和分析提出了相应的建议和对策。

Trade union social workers are the basic force of service-oriented trade union. The occupational mental health of this team directly affects the implementation of the trade union work and the building of the trade union brand. This paper investigated the occupational mental health of trade union social workers in Beijing, combining with in-depth interview. The aim was to master the mental health status, occupational stress source, stress response, basic demands,and so on;and to propose targeted suggestions and countermeasures on this basis;and to provide decision-making reference for trade union social workers’ psychological care measures.
